• 1 kilo small onions
• 2 tbsps salt
• 2 tbsps red chili powder
• 2 tbsps mustard seeds
• 4 cups Mustard Oil

Peel onions and make few slits in them

Soak them for overnight in a hot water Grind mustard seeds

Drain water from onions. Whip them with kitchen towel

Place onions in large bowl.Add mustard powder,chili,salt and oil Mix well

Put onion pickle in a jar and leave it in the sunlight for 2 days
