• 1/2 kilo Beef thick strips
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 3 tsps yogurt
• 4 tsps unripe papaya (grinded)
• to taste Salt
• 2 tsps chopped green chilies
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp oil

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Coat beef with mixture.

Marinate beef for 2 hours.

Barbeque over charcoal or you can bake it in an oven till done

Serve hot with chutney
