Recipe for GOSHT AUR MIRCH KA ACHAR

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Meat boiled
  • 1 cup Onion ground
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 10 Big green chilies
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 tsps Mustard seeds
  • 1 Fennel seeds
  • 1 Onion seeds
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsps Chili powder
  • 2 tsps Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Cooking Directions

In a pan heat half cup oil, add in it one cup ground onion and fry until it light pink.

Now add ½ kilo boiled meat, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp funnel seed, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric and fry them well.

Now add 1 cup yogurt and 2 chopped tomatoes, cook good on low burner till the meat softens.

Mix 1 tbsp chaat masal, 2 tbsp lemon juice, crack 1o green chilies and fill it with chaat masala mixture, put it in a pan and boil till done.
