• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 1 tsp nutmeg powder
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp Green chili paste
• 4 tsps cornflour
• 4 tbsps cottage cheese
• 3 tbsps Cream
• 2 egg
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Mace powder
• to taste Salt
• 5 tbsps Yogurt
• 3 tbsps butter
• 1/2 cup clarified butter

With a steak hammer , flatten the deboned chicken legs and arrange ion a platter

Make a paste of nutmeg powder, black pepper, garam masala and green chili paste.

Rub the paste on the chicken pieces. Keep aside for an hour

In a bowl combine all the other ingredients to a fine creamy consistency

Marinate the chicken in this mixture for another 15 mins

Heat the clarified butter in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden

Serve, garnished with lemon wedges and accompanied by green salad
