• 600 grams chicken minced
• 250 grams Green peas
• 3 tbsps butter
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 cup Onion chopped
• 2 tbsps Garlic chopped
• 2 tbsps Ginger (chopped)
• 2 tsps Red chilies crushed
• to taste Salt
• 3 tbsps Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp Green coriander

Heat butter in a thick-bottomed wok, Splutter cumin seeds; add onions and stir-fry till brown

Add the chicken mince,crushed garlic, crushed ginger, crushed dry chilies and tomato puree

Stir-fry till the butter appears on top

Add the green peas and stir-fry till dry and golden brown in color

Remove and serve, garnished with green coriander
