• 4 cups Grapefruit juice
• 1/2 cup Mint leaves
• 2 cups Soda water
• to taste Sugar
• 5 Mint Sprigs
• 1 cup Water
• as required Crushed Ice
• 4 tbsps Lemon juice

In a pan add sugar and water.Stir over a low heat until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Crush mint leaves and add them into the syrup.

Cover with the lid and leave 10 minutes,

Take the leaves out of the syrup

Add lemon and grapefruit juices into the syrup and stir well.
Pour them into glasses with crushed ice

Top up with soda water and decorate with mint sprigs.
Serve chill
