• 3 cups boiled noodles
• 1/2 cup chopped spring onion greens
• 1/2 cup schezuan sauce
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
• 3 tbsps oil
• to taste salt
• pinch Ajinomoto

Heat oil thoroughly in a large wok

Add spring onion greens, ajinomoto, noodles, schezuan sauce, red chili flakes and salt and saute’ over high flame for 5mins
Serve hot.
