• 1/2 kilo Beef strips of tender part meat
• 2 cups noddles(boiled)
• 200 grams Capsicum diced
• 5 Fresh red chilli
• 6 basil leaves
• 1 cup tomato ketchup
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsps Garlic chopped
• 1 tbsp Black pepper
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 5 tbsps Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp Red chilies crushed
• to taste salt
• 1/2 cup Oil

De-seed capsicum and cut into thick strips

Heat oil in a pan fry garlic, beef on high flame

Reduce heat; add coconut milk, red chilies and salt. Cover lid and cook for 10mins

Add capsicum, noodles, soya sauce, vinegar and brown sugar

Cook for few seconds

Add basil leaves and serve hot
