• Fish Fillets - Hammour / Grouper Fish (skin off)
• 1 tsp Salt
• to taste Red Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder / Paste
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Ajwaien Seeds
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 2 tbsps water

Mix all and apply on the fillets and leave for 30 mins.

Fry either deep fry or with 2/3 tblsps OLIVE OIL.
