• 1/2 kilo fish fillet
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 2 tsps lemon juice
• 1/2 cup yoghurt
• 1/2 tbsp coriander, ground
• 2 tsps garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp all spice powder
• to taste Salt
• to taste pepper

Wash fish and set aside to dry Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.

In a bowl mix yoghurt, coriander, chilli powder, garlic paste and lemon juice.

Rub it on fish, cover and refrigerate for half an hour.

Grease a baking dish and put marinated fish in it.

Place in pre-heated oven and cook until done
Serve with french fries
