• 6 eggplant
• 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tbsp Dried mango powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• to taste salt
• 6 tbsps oil

Make slit in egg plants Heat oil in pan. Add all spices to it.

Then add egg plant and yogurt in it. Cover the lid and cook for half an hour on medium heat.

When oil comes up dish it out Serve with naan
