• 400 gms sugar free custard
• 15 gms gelatin
• 3Strawberry puree
• Few drops of strawberry colour if required
• 200 gms mascarpone cheese
• 180 gms non-dairy rich cream
• Crumbs of six biscuits
• 50 gms of melted butter

Add lukewarm gelatin into custard and mix them properly. Let them come down to room temperature

Take fresh strawberries and wash them in cold water

Slice the strawberries or puree them to add into custard

Add colour and essence according to your need

Now, add mascarpone cheese, rich cream into the custard mixture

Pour the mixture in 8-inch ring lined with biscuit crumbs and freeze it and serve
