Recipe for Italian Meat Balls With Luscious Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Minced Meat: 1Kg
  • Egg: 1
  • Bread Crumbs: ½ cup
  • Milk : 1/3 cup (cold)
  • Garlic Powder: ½ tsp
  • Oregano: 1 t sp
  • Parsley: ½ cup
  • Green onion: ½ cup
  • Parmesan cheese: ½ Cup
  • Salt/black pepper as per taste
  • Olive Oil for frying
  • sauce of Italian Meat Balls:
  • Peeled Tomato: 1 cup
  • Tomato puree: 1 ½ Cup
  • Sliced Onion: 1 (small)
  • Dried Basil leaves: 1 tea-sp
  • Black pepper: ½ tea-sp
  • China Salt: ½ tea-sp
  • Salt ½ tea-sp
  • Garlic Cloves 2
  • Cheese (any) ¼ cup
  • Extra virgin Olive oil ¼ cup

Cooking Directions

make Italian Meat Balls:
Mix all Minced meat, egg, milk, oregano, parsley, green onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in food processor and blend until it get combined.

Then add parmesan cheese and mix again. Now with your hands mix the mixture and make the balls. Italian Meat balls should be the size of golf balls.

Deep fry the Italian meats balls in olive oil. About in 8 to 10 minutes Italian meat balls will be fried in well brown color.

Italian Meat balls are ready, drain all the excess oil from Italian Meat Balls.

Now it is the time to make the luscious Tomato sauce for Italian meat balls.

Tomato sauce for Italian Meat Balls:
Heat a pan, put the olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and chopped garlic cloves.

Mash the peeled tomato in another bowl and add in sauté onion and garlic. Add tomato puree and other ingredients too. Cook until it gets thick. At the end add cheese.

When luscious Tomato Sauce is ready, add the above Italian Meat Balls and simmer in it.
