• Spinach 1 cup
• Potatoes, boiled and cut into rounds 3
• Baked beans 1 cup
• Grated cheese 50 gm
• Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
• Chilli powder 1 tsp
• Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
• Onion, finely chopped 1
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter, add the flour and fry briefly.

Add the milk, salt and pepper and stir briskly to avoid the formation of lumps.

Cook till the white sauce has thickened. Keep aside.

Grease a baking dish with the oil and arrange the spinach leaves at the bottom.

Cover with the beans and place the potato rounds on top.
Sprinkle the onion, chilli powder, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.

Pour over the white sauce. Top with the cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
