• Flour 1 1/2 cup
• Granulate sugar 1/4 cup
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Chilled butter 3/4 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Egg yolk 1
• Cream 2 tbsp
• For filling:
• Whipped cream 1 cup
• Dark chocolate 1 cup
• White chocolate 1/2 cup
• Strawberries 1 cup (cut in halves)

Preparation of Curst
Mix flour, butter, salt, sugar, mix like crumble, add egg, vanilla essence, water and knead, make dough, wrap in plastic bag and rest for 1 hour.

Now roll the dough and transfer on greased baking dish, prick with fork.

Make edges, brush with egg bake on 180oC for 25 minutes and cool it.

Topping
Beat cream add in it melted chocolate, pour on crust, melt white chocolate and drizzle on dark chocolate, set strawberries.
