Recipe for CHICKEN BROAST

Ingredients

  • Salt one tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger grinded 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/3 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken 1 whole (around 1 kg)

Cooking Directions

Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.Marinate the chicken with it. after an hour fry the chicken.
It can also be made as steamed chicken.

Boil water in a pan and clamp the chicken on a stick(the one used in the oven to bake it).

Put the stick on top of the pan so that the chicken does not touch the water but it gets the steam. Steam it for fifteen minutes.
