• 5 tablespoon boiled and peeled potato
• 2 tablespoon of olive oil
• 3 tablespoon of grated cheese
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion
• Salt according to taste

Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till it turns golden.

Mix potato, salt, black pepper and cheese with it.
Press the mixture with spoon to give it a square shape.

Cook it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.Carefully lift the edge of the cooked pancake with a knife and flip it.

Fry the pancake well from both side.Serve it hot with green chutney.
