• 2 Peaches/ Aaru 2
• 1 Capsicum/shimla mirch
• Mint (few leaves)/podina
• 2 stalks Spring onions (green part)/ hari piyaz
• 1 Onion/ piyaz
• 4 tbsp Lemon juice/ lemon ka rus
• 2 Fresh red chillies/ taza surkh mirch
• Red chilli powder to taste/ hasbe zaiqa surkh mirch powder
• Black pepper powder to taste/ hasbe zaiqa kali mirch powder
• Salt to taste/ hasbe zaiqa namak
• 2 tbsp Olive oil/ zaitoon ka tail

De-seed peaches and capsicum cut into small cubes.

Finely cut mint, spring onions and fresh red chillies.

Dice onions.Put all cut ingredients in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh and powdered red chillies, and mix.Delicious Chilli and Peach Salsa is ready.
