• 5kg boneless chicken
• 50grm red chilli powder
• 30grm red chilli crush
• 5grm garam massala
• 60grm rock salt
• 5grm ginger & garlic paste
• 1kg dahi (yogurt)
• 60ml lemon juice
• 5grm haldi (turmeric powder)

Debone chicken, cut into 1.50” square Combine yogurt, red chilli, salt, garam assala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well.

Dip chicken pieces in above yogurt paste and marinate for few hours.

Now barbecue the chicken on the burning coal until it cook.

Serve it with chili garlic sauce
