• 1/2 cup Vinegar
• 1/2 kg Drum sticks
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Garlic paste
• 125 g Yogurt
• 4 tbsp Green chilli sauce
• 1/4bunch Green coriander
• 1 1/2 tbsp Oil

Dejoint the drum sticks with knife, add salt and vinegar and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan put drum sticks and cover it for 5 minutes.

Now add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and cook till drum sticks are tender.

Mix together yogurt, garlic paste and green sauce in a bowl and pour the mixture on drum sticks.
