Recipe for Carrot and beet root salad
Ingredients

- carrots-250g(peeled and trimmed)
- beetroot-250g(peeled and trimmed)
- red onion-2 peeled and chopped
- olive oil-2tsp
- parsely- small bunch
- vinegar-2tsp
- salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Grate carrots and beetroot in a grater and place in a bowl.
Add chopped onion and add olive oil,vinegar and parsley.
Roast cumin seeds in a pan and sprinkle over the salad,toss them well and serve.
