Recipe for Easy and quick Vegetable cutlets

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 cup chopped boiled mixed vegetables (green peas, green cut beans , carrots, Cabbage, corn)
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves- coriander leaves
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • garam masala powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • salt to you taste
  • 1 tbsp dried mango powder
  • 3 tablespoon All Purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs powder
  • enough Oil to fry

Cooking Directions

Take the potatoes and wash them completely Pressure cook them for 3 whistles

Then once cooker is cooled then peel the skin and mash the potatoes nicely

On other side mix all the vegetables after slicing them and pressure cook or boil them seperateley

Once they are cooked, drain all the water off them and mash them also.

Then take a mixing bowl add potatoes and mixed mashed boiled vegetablesMix them well

To this add salt, amchur powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger paste and green chilli paste

Mix all these and add chopped green coriander leaves as well.

Mix them well after adding slight sugar to your taste
Then make equal portion of about 12

Take oil in seperate bowl and take some in your hands and make small balls and shape the cutlets as in picture.

Roll that in all purpose flour very littleOn other side mix the bread crumbs and blend it to form a powdered form

Roll the cutlets in this powder and set asideDo this for all the cutlets and prepare them
