• ½ kg boneless chicken
• 50 grams butter
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 onions
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup stock
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup olives
• 1 tbsp raisins
• 2 capsicums
• 2 tbsp chili sauce
• 2 red chilies
• 1/2 cup corns

Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and melt 50 g butter .Sauté 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped onions Add ½ kg boneless chicken pieces and 1 cup stock

Now add 1tsp red chili powder, 1/2tsp salt. Reduce the flame to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

When the chicken is tender add 1 cup tomato ketchup, 2tsp vinegar, 2 diced capsicum, 2tbsp chili sauce and ½ cup finely chopped olives.

Mix and turn the flame off Lastly add 2 whole red chilies and sprinkle 1tbsp raisins on top.
