• Potatoes 1/2 kg,boiled and mashed
• Chicken 1 cup,boiled and shredded
• Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Roasted crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Green chillies 2-3,chopped
• Green coriander 2-3 tbsp,chopped
• Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
• Ajwain a pinch
• Egg 1 beaten
• Samosa patties as required
• Oil for frying

In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil,egg and samosa wraps
Make patties with mixture.

Cut samosa wraps in stripes. Dip patty in egg arrange on samosa wraps as shown Deep fry till golden.
