Recipe for Grill Mutton Ribs With Vegetable

Ingredients

  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Star anise ground ¼ sp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (boiled) 3
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Iceberg ½ flower
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1 medium piece
  • Beetroot half
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice a little
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp oil, a little lemon juice, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste and 2 tbsp

Worchester sauce. Also add in 2 tbsp mustard paste, ½ tsp all spice powder and ¼ tsp ground star anise.

Then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper powder and chili powder.
Mix very well and marinate mutton ribs with this mixture.

Now wrap marinated mutton ribs with aluminum foil.
Grill on burning charcoals or bake in oven.

Cut iceberg, cucumber, tomato, carrot and beetroot into juliennes.

Spread chopped vegetables in a platter, remove aluminum foil and put grilled mutton on top of vegetables.
Serve with boiled rice or boiled pasta.
