• 00 gms Fusilli Pasta
• 100 gms boneless chicken
• 8-10 florets of broccoli
• 5-6 button mushrooms
• 1 red capsicum
• 1green capsicum
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 5 medium size tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 4 garlic flakes
• 1tsp red chilly powder
• 6-7 chopped garlic
• 1tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste

Boil pasta with salt till it is al dente ( firm but not hard ).Drain it & drizzle some oil on it so that it doesn''t stick to each other.

Blanch broccoli with salt for 2 minutes & keep aside.Chop mushrooms, red & green capsicum into cubes.

To make the tomato sauce
Roughly chopped tomatoes, onion & garlic flakes.Heat oil in pan.Then add garlic & stir fry it for a while .Take care not to let the garlic turn brown.

Then add tomatoes & onions.Saute it till it is cooked.Add some salt, sugar & red chilly powder.

Let this mixture cool .Then grind it to paste.Pasta sauce is ready.

To make pasta Heat oil in pan.Then add chopped garlic & saute it.Add broccoli, bell peppers & mushrooms & mix well.Then add the boneless chicken & saute it .

When the chicken is cooked add the tomato sauce & boiled pasta.

Sprinkle black pepper powder.Adjust salt as per taste.Pasta is ready.Serve hot.Garnish with parsley.
