• 4 cups grated cabbage
• 2 green chillies
• 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
• 8-9 curry leaves
• 2tbsp lemon juice
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste

Take a fresh crunchy cabbage & grate it.Now heat oil in a pan for tempering.

When the oil is hot add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves.

Pour this over grated cabbage.Mix well.Add salt & lemon juice.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Cabbage salad is ready to serve.Can be served cool.
