• 1 can prepared pizza crust,(about 10 oz)
• 1/2 cup Cottage cheese, shredded
• 1 tbsp Cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tbsp dried basil
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 200 degree C.

Greased a cookie tray with butter.

Unroll pizza dough onto the cookie tray.

Brush dough with butter.

Sprinkle cheeses, basil and garlic salt over the dough.

Cut dough into 12 long strips with a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

Now cut those into half to make 24 strips.


Bake, in the preheated oven, for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.

Re-cut along each strip.

Transfer into a serving platter. Easy Cheesy Bread sticks are ready to serve.
