• Pistachio 250 gm
• Semolina 125 gm
• Sugar 1 kg
• Milk solid ½ kg
• Milk ½ liter
• Green color 1 pinch
• Clarified butter 2 cup
• Silver paper for garnish

Boil pistachio and peel its skin and make paste.

Now shred milk solid with the help of hand.

In a pan add pistachio paste, clarified butter and semolina; cook it till it combines well.

Now switch off the flame; mix color into milk, pour it in pan and stir it continuously.

Then put on the flame again and cook it till all milk dries and clarified butter begin to separate.

Add sugar in a pan to make syrup.

Now add syrup in mixture and mix it well.

Take a wide dish and spread mixture in it; allow to set then cut into square.

Garnish with silver paper and serve.
