Recipe for Yogurt Steamed Chicken

- Whole chicken 1
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- White vinegar ½ cup
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Lemons 3
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Add in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt.
Keep it for half n hour. Cook it on a low flame.
When the water dries add in oil, lemon juice, crushed black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
