• 500 grams boneless fish
• 1 cup gram flour
• 1/4 tea spoon baking powder
• 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
• 2 tea spoons chat masala
• 1/2 tea spoon salt
• 1/2 tea spoon turmeric

In a bowl, mix together 1 cup gram flour, 1/4 tea spoon baking powder, 1/2 tea spoon garam masala, 2 tea spoons chat masala, 1/2 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon turmeric.

Marinate 500 grams fish in prepared batter and deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown from both sides.

Delicious Fried Fish Chatkhara is ready to serve.
