• 2 tomatoes sliced very thin
• 1 tbsp of brown sugar
• 1 tbsp of lemon juice
• 2 tbsp of minced coriander leaves
• 1 green chili pepper in thin slices

Mix the chopped tomatoes, chives, chili pepper, coriander leaves, lemon juice and brown sugar.

Season it with salt and pepper and serve cold.
