• Mutton/ Beef ½ kg big cubes
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ketchup ½ cup
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
• Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
• Allspice ½ tsp
• Papaya paste
• Tikka Boti Masala 1 tbsp heaped

Marinate boti with all above ingredients for 1 hour

Put on skewers, BBQ or bake. If baking then give dum of coal.

Serve with onion rings.
