Recipe for Khatti Methi Boti
Ingredients

- Mutton/ Beef ½ kg big cubes
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Papaya paste
- Tikka Boti Masala 1 tbsp heaped
Cooking Directions
Marinate boti with all above ingredients for 1 hour
Put on skewers, BBQ or bake. If baking then give dum of coal.
Serve with onion rings.
