• 250 g baby Potatoes
• 50 g mustard dal
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp Amchoor powder
• 1/4 tsp cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp Mustard oil Salt as per taste

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.

Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.

Achaari aloo is ready.
