• Boiled pasta 1 cup
• Chickpeas 1 can
• Fresh mint leaves 1/4 bunch
• Fresh parsley 1 bunch
• Tomatoes 2
• Green shallots 1
• Feta cheese 1 cup
• Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup
• Olive oil 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper as required

Mix chickpeas, mint leaves, parsley, tomatoes, green shallots and pasta, add lemon juice, salt and black pepper and toss it.

Then take out in serving platter and serve.
