• Sela rice 300 grams
• Chicken cube 1
• Capsicum (finely slices) 1/2 cup
• Mushroom (finely slices) 1/2 cup
• Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
• Tomato paste 1/2 cup
• Garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Oregano as required
• Rosemary as required
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Wash rice nicely and clean it.

Now soak rice for 1 hour.

Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.

Then add capsicum, red chilies, mushrooms and tomato paste and roast it.

Now add rice and chicken cube, add water as required and cook until rice tender.

Then add oregano and rosemary and simmer it.

Then take out in dish and serve.
