• Flour ½ cup
• Semolina ¾ cup
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Baking powder 1tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Butter ½ cup
• Sugar ¾ cup
• Eggs 2
• Curd ½ cup
• Almonds 2 tbsp
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• White sesame seeds 2 tsp

Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

Mix ½ cup flour, 3/4 cup semolina, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp baking powder, 2tbsp raisin and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl.

Beat ½ cup butter and ¾ sugar in a bowl.

Add also 2 eggs and ½ cup curd.

Put flour mixture in above fold and place in baking mould.

Sprinkle 2 tsp of white sesame seed over it with 2 tbsp almonds.

Keep in oven to bake for 20-25 min.
