• Chicken 1 kg cut into 16 pieces
• Onion 2 chopped
• Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
• Garlic crushed 1 ½ tsp
• Tomato 2 chopped and skin removed
• Dill chopped 2 tbsp
• Turmeric ¼ tsp
• Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
• Paste and rushed coriander 1 tsp
• Allspice ½ tsp
• Salt 1 ¼ tsp
• Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
• Cinnamon 1 stick
• Green cardamom 2
• Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches small
• Oil ½ cup

Heat oil add cinnamon and green cardamom add chopped onion fry till light brown add chopped ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes fry well, add dill and fenugreek leaves fry until oil comes on top.

Add all spice, salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric, cumin.

Add chicken and fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until chicken tender and gravy thick.
