• Hard boiled eggs 4
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Black pepper, crushed 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
• Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
• cream 1 tbsp
• Jalapeno peppers to top

Take out the yolks of the eggs very carefully and mash well.

Add mustard, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, crushed red pepper, cream and fill a piping bag and pipe yolk mixture in the cavity of the egg.

Top each with a slice of jalapeno pepper and serve chilled.
