• Beef (undercut, sliced) 300gm
• Green onion 1-2 sticks
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Onion (sliced) 1
• Carrot 1
• Capsicum 1
• Green onion 2-3 sticks
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
• For Marinade:
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• For sauce:
• Ginger 1 inch piece
• Garlic 4-5 cloves
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Brown sugar 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Take 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp corn flour, salt and water in a mixing bowl and marinate beef slices in it.

Add some oil in the pan and add in beef slices. Cook it, keep it out and put it aside.

For sauce:
Take some oil in the pan, add in 1 onion, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 inch garlic piece.

Fry it. Add in 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp dark soya sauce, 1/3 tsp white pepper and some salt.

Cook it then add in beef slices and 1 tsp brown sugar. Mix everything and cook it till the sauce thickens and beef is ready.

Add in 1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 2 spring onions.

Mix it, dish it out and serve.
