• 4 Potatoes (boiled)
• 200 grams Boneless chicken
• 1 Green onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Cream
• 2 Cheese slice
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt

In a bowl add the cream, butter, black pepper, salt, sugar, green onion and fold it.

Cut the potatoes in half, sideways, and scrape the flesh into a large bowl taking care to leave the skins intact.

Mash the baked potato flesh with a fork and add it to the cream,butter, black pepper, salt, sugar and green onion
mixture.

Now take the potato skins and fill it with the potato mixture.

Set the oven at 150 C and bake the potatoes for 10 minutes.
