• Flour 1 cup
• Egg 2
• Butter 50 gm
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Walnut chopped ½ cup
• Coffee 2 tsp
• Brown sugar 1 cup
• Cocoa powder ½ cup
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Sugar 2 cup

In a bowl beat together 50 gm butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 cup sugar.

Then add in 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 cup milk. Mix well.

Sieve together 1 cup flour, ½ cup cocoa powder and 1 tsp baking powder.

Add to the butter egg mixture.

Also add ½ cup chopped walnut and fold very well.

Pour in a greased cake mold and bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
