• Boneless chicken 2 fillets flattened
• Salt ½ tsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Mustard paste ½ tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
• Flour 3 tbsp to coat chicken
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Butter 2 ounce + 2 ounce
• Parsley finely chopped 1 tbsp

Marinate 2 fillets chicken breast with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp mustard, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice for 30 minutes.

Dip fillet in 3 tbsp dry flour, grill in oil and butter till light golden and tender.

Heat extra butter add garlic paste, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper finely chopped parsley, remove and immediately pour over chicken fillet.

Serve with fries.
