• Onion (thickly sliced) 1
• Butter 3 tbsp
• Garlic crushed 3 cloves
• Chicken livers ½ kg
• HP sauce 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
• Red chilies, crushed 1 tsp
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Toast to serve with
• Parsley, chopped to serve

Marinate livers with salt, HP sauce, black pepper and crushed red chilies.

Saute onion in butter and add the garlic, add livers and saute till color changes.

Add the chicken stock and let cook till done.

Serve on toasts topped with parsley chopped.
