• Flour 150 gm
• Egg ½
• Butter 125 gm
• Icing sugar 75 gm
• Corn flour 7 gm
• Milk powder 18 gm
• Baking powder 1 gm
• Salt to taste
• Date 100 gm
• Icing sugar for garnish

In a bowl mix together flour, egg, butter, icing sugar, corn flour, milk powder, baking powder and salt.

Knead to dough.

Now make cookies with the dough.

Coat each cookie with date, bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 6 – 7 minutes.

Remove in a serving platter, garnish with icing sugar and serve.
