• Tomatoes 3 medium
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Rice 100 gm (soaked)
• Water ½ cup
• Mince 300 gm
• Dill ¼ bunch
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Cut top and tail of tomatoes, remove seeds and pulp with the help of tea spoon.

Heat oil in a wok, add in 1 sliced onion, saute till it is softened.

Then add rice and a little water, mix well and cook till rice a little tender.

Now remove rice from fire, add in mince, chopped dill, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.

Stuff the tomatoes with rice mince mixture.

Now put stuffed tomatoes in a wok, add a little water, cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.

Remove tomatoes in a serving platter.

Top with gravy and serve hot.
