• Gram flour 1 cup
• Clarified butter 1 cup
• Green cardamom 2
• Saffron ¼ tsp
• Solid milk 125 gm
• Almond and pistachio 1 cup (thinly sliced)
• For Syrup:
• Sugar 1 ½ cup
• Saffron a pinch
• Water 1 cup

Heat half cup clarified butter and mix with gram flour.

Then heat remaining half cup clarified butter in skillet and roast cardamom.

Then add it with gram flour mixture and roast well.

Then add saffron, solid milk, almonds and pistachios and roast for a while.

When all mixture is roasted then add sugar syrup. Mix well.

Now dish out this gram flour dessert and sprinkle almonds and pistachios for garnishing.

After 2 or 3 hours cut this sweet dish into pieces and serve.

For Syrup:
Put all ingredients of syrup in a pan/pot and prepare sugar syrup.
