• Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Yogurt 2 tbsp
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Egg 1
• Gram flour 1 cup
• Oil for fry

Make small cubes of chicken.

Now in the chicken put cream, yogurt, mustard powder, red chili powder, black pepper, garlic paste, salt then leave it for 30 minutes.

Then coat chicken cubes one by one with gram flour and fry when it becomes golden brown then dish it out.
