• Pizza dough 1 (ready made)
• Pizza sauce ½ cup
• Chicken chunks ½ cup (cubed and boiled)
• Onion ½ (chopped)
• Capsicum ½ (chopped)
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
• Butter 2 tbsp (melted to glaze)

Roll out pizza dough to a circle.

Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle chicken chunks, add vegetables and sprinkle cheese.

Close to form a semi-circle calzone.

Seal edges well with water and transfer to a baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.

Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes or till done.
