• Chicken 2 (leg piece)
• Curry leaves 2
• Onion 1
• Cloves 5 to 6
• Yogurt 1 cup (beaten)
• Brown bread 5 to 6 slice
• Ginger 1 inch
• Garlic cloves 2 to 3
• Whole coriander 1 tsp
• Whole cumin 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Olive oil 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Roast whole cumin, curry leaves, cloves and whole coriander in a pan.

Then put it in blender with chopped onion, garlic cloves, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and yogurt to make batter.

Now mark cut on chicken and marinade chicken.

Grease oven tray with olive oil and put chicken with all remaining batter and bake it on 200 c for 40 to 45 minutes and serve it with brown bread.
